Modern Villa with pool in Mariou village – South Crete

This residence is designed to serve the needs of six people simultaneously, providing to them in parallel comfort and autonomy. The panoramic view of the southern coast of Crete, the small size and shape of the plot were components that determined the architectural result. Modern Luxury-Villa in Northern Rethymno. Design & costruction .

The residence of 225 sq.m. designed to serve the needs of up to 10 people at a time. It includes an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and utility rooms.

The open common-use areas layout, the orientation of the bedrooms and the size of the openings ensure the visual escapes to the view.

The design of the facades was based on the idea of applying a traditional material, stone, in a modern building structure, with horizontal and vertical elements, which create wholly or partly covered outdoor spaces.

Cubes – A modern touristic complex in Rethymno Crete

Cubes

A residence and three studios are designed at an almost flat plot of land that, where the floor level overlooks the northern Crete coasts. The cubic geometry had a dominant role in the architectural design and influenced both the floor plans and the facades of the buildings. The aim was to maintain a minimalist architectural style, with horizontal and vertical elements that delimit the building structure and create various quality spaces.

Modern villa in Agios Pavlos – South Crete designed and built by Euroimmo.

The Villa is structured on three levels.
Οn the Basement there is a private parking area, with a big
storage area. The entrance is only from outside and there
is no internal connection to the house.
Οn the Ground Floor there are an open-plan kitchen, with
the dining and sitting area, two bedrooms with en-suite
bathrooms, a wc and storage rooms.
Οn the First Floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite
bathroom, closet and a wardrobe area.
The external area is a spacious terrace, with swimming
pool, jacuzzi and a pergola.
The access to the villa is from the western side of the land,
straight to the house or alternatively to the basement.
